A) The job search process can be challenging, but with the right approach and mindset, you can increase your chances of securing a new role.
Research the company to get a solid understanding of their values, mission, culture and any recent developments.

If they do, it gives you the chance to address their concerns and convince them otherwise!
After the interview, send a personalised thank-you email.
Express your appreciation for their time, reiterate your interest in the role and briefly summarise why you believe you are a strong fit.
This can leave a positive impression and help you stand out from other candidates.
