Catrin Pugh, 25, will showcase lipsticks for the 130-year-old beauty brand, famed for its Avon Calling slogan.
She is their first model “with a visible difference”.
The firm acted after a survey found two in five women said celebrity-led promotions did not strike a chord with them.
Catrin said: “To be a part of a campaign challenging beauty stereotypes and the stigma around ‘looking different’ is so refreshing."
“I hope that it will open the eyes of people in the beauty and fashion industries, and society in general, that we should be championing a diverse range of role models, especially for young people."
“I hope to inspire others to embrace their appearance, no matter what you look like."
“For people with a visible difference, the beauty counter can be an intimidating place to go because most brands champion traditional beauty ideals."
She suffered 96 per cent third-degree burns in a coach crash in France in 2013 — and has undergone 200 operations.
She was given just a one in 1,000 chance of survival but miraculously battled through and became the oldest adult in the world to survive such devastating burns.
Six years on from the life-changing accident, Catrin tours the country as a motivational speaker on body confidence and is an ambassador for charities the Katie Piper Foundation and Changing Faces.
Avon’s Jan Zijderveld said: “Our core purpose has never been more relevant. Today female economic participation in the workforce remains below that of men but we can be an agent of change, challenge ingrained barriers and open up opportunities.
“With 100 million women who work with us and buy from us around the world and millions more in the communities in which we operate, Avon has a critical role – alongside other partners – to make a real and lasting impact.”
