The Only Way Is Essex’s Liam ‘Gatsby’ Blackwell and Dani Imbert have shut down claims that they’ve split up.
The pair recently made things official, but have been subjected to allegations that they’ve since gone their separate ways.
Both Dani and Liam took to social media to inform their followers that this isn’t the case, however, while calling out media outlets who reported that they’d split.
In a post shared to his Instagram story, Liam wrote: “Stop getting your facts from unreliable sources & sources who are doing it for their own benefit as well it is embarrassing.”
“For those who don’t know, don’t believe everything you read in the papers,” he continued.
“It’s actually draining having to constantly keep defending my relationship all the time. Leave us alone!”
Dani also shared a statement addressing the “fake stories”.
Echoing similar sentiments to Liam, she penned: “For those of you who don’t already know this, don’t believe everything you read in the papers,” followed with a laughing face emoji.
Liam's representative has also told OK! that claims of the couple's split are "completely untrue", and that Liam and Dani are "still very much together".
The couple’s comments come after a source toldThe Sunthat their relationship had broken down.
“It's not looking good for them,” the insider claimed.
"Everyone at TOWIE would be really upset if they're over for good as a lot of people really like Dani."
TOWIE viewers have watched Dani and Liam’s relationship unfold on the recent series of the hit Essex-based show, with the end last season seeing Liam finally ask Dani to be his girlfriend.
It wasn’t all a happy ending for Dani though, as the season also ended with her having an explosive argument with her best pal Roman Hackett who branded her as a “f***ing joke” following a disagreement over her relationship with Liam.
He also described Dani and Liam’s romance as “fake”.
This isn’t the first time the couple have been faced with split allegations. Back in September, Dani shared a cryptic message on social media that appeared to address her love life.
She wrote at the time: “Been thinking a lot about life lately and it's only sunk in that you only get one life, you don't get another go at it.
“Never give a f*** about what anyone thinks about you, life's too short to be anything but happy,” Dani continued.
