Strictly Come Dancing’s Helen Skelton was practically beaming as she shared a sweet picture with her one year old daughter, Elsie.
Helen, who competed in this year’s Strictly with Fleur East, Will Mellor and Kym Marsh, came third behind Molly Rainford and the series winner, Hamza Yassin.
The TV presenter took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a picture with her 461k followers alongside the caption: “Little Fish.”
It looked as if the mummy-daughter duo had been swimming, with Elsie in a ruffled pattern swimming suit and her mother sporting a simple yet stylish black bikini.
The mum-of-three could be seen smiling at her daughter, who looked just as happy following the dip.
Alongside Elsie, Helen shares Ernie, seven, and Louis, five, with her ex, Richie Myler, with whom she split from last year.
After nine years of marriage, Helen took to Instagram last April where she said: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co parent our small children."
Shortly after the split, Richie moved on with Stephanie Thirkill, who is the daughter of the president of Leeds Rhinos, the club he plays for, and they are now expecting their first child together.
While Helen has remained fairly tight-lipped over the split, she had a rather emotional time on Strictly and grew close to her dancer partner Gorka Marquez and his partner, Emmerdale actress Gemma Atkinson.
During the final few days of the show, Gorka said: "I am very proud of you because I think you've grown a lot and you're going to leave this show being a happier person."
“I can outwardly see how different I am and you have made me remember who I am and that is the biggest and kindest and best thing anyone can ever do for somebody,” she gushed in response.
"You put faith in me that I didn't have."
At the start of the month, Richie, 32, revealed that he was deleting his social media after being trolled with "abusive messages.”
"I’ve decided to put my profile private from now on. If you are on here to share my photos or stories of me and my life maliciously to other people or waste your time sending me abusive messages please just unfollow me," he shared.
"I'm going to start removing people from my account one by one, so if you are a genuine rugby fan and I accidentally remove you I apologise in advance and will accept you back! Thank you Richie."
Richie has since deleted his social media permanently.
