Eggert is accusing Brian Glicklich of public harassment ‘online and in the media.’
Scott Baio’s crisis manager, Brian Glicklich, has been told to stay away from actress Nicole Eggert following the former castmates’ sexual molestation showdown.
Happy Days star Baio hired Glicklich after Eggert accused him of sexually abusing her when she was minor on the pair’s hit TV show Charles in Charge.
Lawmakers in Los Angeles dropped the case earlier this summer, and it appears Eggert is now going after Glicklich, accusing him of public harassment “online and in the media”, adding, “He threatens to ruin my reputation, career and constantly makes libel (sic) comments about my mental health”.
In a restraining order request she told a judge she has started seeking therapy for emotional distress because of Glicklich’s comments, stating: “Victim shaming is a horrible thing to do to someone”.
The judge refused to ban Glicklich from making any comments about her on social media, but did order Glicklich to stay at least 100 yards away from Eggert.
The crisis management expert tells TMZ, “Nicole Eggert’s efforts to silence my work on behalf of Scott Baio is wrongheaded and based on the judge’s order was dead in the water”.
