Matt Dawson is best known for his rugby career having retired from the sport in 2006. Tonight Matt will battle his rival team captain, former cricketer Phil Tufnell, on A Question Of Sport with host Sue Barker, but who is the former rugby player married to?

Matt Dawson and his wife of 11 years Carolin Hauskeller announced their split in September.
Carolin is a former German model who is now said to work in marketing.
During their marriage, Matt and Carolin welcomed sons Alex and Sam.

At the time the A Question Of Sport star announced their split on Twitter.
He wrote: “We know this will be a surprise to most, but after 11 years together Carolin and I have decided our relationship needs a new direction, bringing our marriage to an end.”
Matt went on to talk of how he and Carolin will continue to co-parent their sons Alex and Sam.
He continued: “The love for our beautiful boys grows stronger day by day as does our friendship as co-parents.
“To our dear friends, please continue to support us as positively as you can for the next stage of our lives.
“It’s vital that Alex and Sami understand that we will always be a united family.”
Matt tends to keep his family life out of the spotlight, although he has previously given an insight on social media.
Last month, Matt shared a sweet post with one of his sons.

He captioned the post: “Daddy daddy please sleep next to me tonight.
“It’s always so cosy……. #toesinnose #looklikethespareroomthen.”
Matt has also previously spoken of how fatherhood has changed him.
Talking to FQ Magazine, Matt said: “My family are my priority no matter what.
“I’m sure there’s not a minute that I don’t think about them in some capacity.
“That maybe obsessive but there’s so much enjoyment from the boys that I’m not sure what I’d do without them.”
A Question of Sport will air tonight on BBC One at 7.35pm.
