Mariah Carey has reportedly settled a sexual harassment lawsuit with her former manager Stella Stolper, who had accused the music diva of walking around in the nude.
“The parties [have] reached a mutually agreed resolution to this matter,” Page Six quoted an attorney for Stella Stolper as saying.
Stolper, who managed Carey for three years, left her duties in November 2017.
The lawsuit claims that Carey would often make her uncomfortable by strutting around in her birthday suit in her presence. Stolper also says she believed Carey had a substance abuse problem. She said to have demanded “unspecified damages” to drop the legal proceedings.
On the other hand, the multiple Grammy Award-winner dismissed Stolper’s claims as lies, and said she has been “spreading false rumors to any media outlet that will publish them.”
