Love Island’s Nathan Joseph looks so different five years after Casa Amor

Five years on from his stint on Love Island, Nathan Joseph is sporting a different look after undergoing a hair makeover.

Nathan was 25 years old when he shot to fame on the popular ITV dating series in 2017 as he was sent in as one of the Casas Amor bombshells on day 26.

The ladies in the villa immediately swooned over the former car salesman, but it was Amber Davies who was the first to pick him in the re-coupling.

However, on day 31 the public was asked to vote for their favourite guys and girls in the villa and Nathan came in the bottom three as he had only been in the villa for a few days.

Nathan was eventually booted out by Montana Brown, who decided to save Jonny Mitchell over him.

Five years on from his shot at reality stardom, Nathan works as an online fat loss coach and has racked up an impressive 32.7K followers on Instagram.

From nutrition advice, motivational posts and workouts from the gym, Nathan shares regular fitness tips and tricks with his following.

In a recent video, Nathan spoke of people losing their "mojo" when it comes to their health and well-being.

"Your mojo has gone because you are implementing too many habits that don't benefit you," he said.

He advised that people should "prioritise things you should do over the things you want to do" to feel more inspired.

Nathan also has his own podcast, Stressed, Depressed & Now Blessed, which is available for listeners on Spotify.

Dipping his toes into the world of fashion, the reality star is also an ambassador for the footwear brand, Crocs.

While things didn't work out for Nathan and Amber, the brunette went on to win the season of Love Island with Kem Cetinay, but their romance was short-lived.

Amber is now loved-up with her boyfriend Nick Kyriacou, and she even hinted they would be getting hitched very soon.

The pair met during lockdown in 2020 after being introduced by a mutual friend.

They have split twice during their relationship, most recently in August 2021, but back in March, the musical theatre star said things between them are now better than ever.

"We had a few teething problems at the start of our relationship, but who doesn't," she explained. "He's so driven, so hardworking. He has got me on the best track of my life and wants me to be the best version of myself."
