In 2021, Callum had announced the engagement with a snap of Olivia's engagement ring hand covering his mouth. In the caption, he wrote: "Bout last night @imolivialauren" followed by an engagement ring emoji.
Since leaving Hollyoaks in May 2021, Callum has been enjoying a successful acting career in the US, recently starring in the huge US primetime soap, Monarch, alongside Susan Sarandon and Anna Friel.
Callum has previously spoken about his career, expressing his desire for success in the UK and US, telling The Sun: "Working on Glow and Darkness with some huge American names is a good start to doing a few more international projects.
"But it's also important to stay authentic and hopefully there's a lot of work in the UK as well because there's some great projects, amazing people and great shows and films coming out.
"It's always good to have an excuse to visit home as well so if I could work it out to be fifty per cent here and fifty per cent back home that would be perfect."
