Strictly Come Dancing professional Aljaz Skorjanec, 31, and Dragons’ Den panellist Sara Davies, 37, became the latest dancing duo to leave the dance competition following a dance-off with Tilly Ramsay and Nikita Kuzmin last weekend. Ahead of tonight’s show, he shared a lengthy post encouraging his fans to enjoy life on Instagram.
Part of the message read: “Times and circumstances may change at any time.
“So, never try to change or devalue anything around you. You may have power today, but remember time is much stronger than anything else!
“Know that wood makes a million matches, but one match is enough to burn millions of trees.
“Live on the move and do good!”
Another part of the message read: “Time is like a river, you can never touch the same water twice, because water that has passed will never pass again.”
The dancer’s post also encouraged fans to “enjoy” every minute of their lives and that perfect people “don’t exist”.
“First of all, look for someone who knows their own value and appreciates you,” it concluded.
The dancer followed up his post with a video of him entering Elstree Studio for tonight’s show.
He seemed in high spirits as he got his temperature checked by security before heading into the venue.
While he will no longer be competing with Sara, he will be performing as part of a group routines.
Last week, fans were left questioning whether he will return to Strictly next year after his emotional speech sparked concerns.
As he said his goodbyes to Sara, he said: “I’m going to miss everything about this show.”

Strictly fans swiftly flocked to social media to query his words.
Don Bags wrote: “I hope that wasn’t your goodbye to the show too Aljaz.
“You were both great. Hope to see you again next year x.”
Marilyn penned: “So so sad to see you both leave, loved your partnership.
“I hope that wasn’t a goodbye speech at the end, the show wouldn’t be the same without you Aljaz.”
Addressing peoples’ concerns, his wife Janette Manrara put an end to the rumours this week.
On Wednesday, she told Zoe Ball on BBC Radio 2: “I know everybody is saying that, it’s not guaranteed, he’s not finalised anything, nothing is for certain.
“He is coming back next year, if anything changes you guys will know ASAP.”
Strictly Come Dancing airs tonight at 6.35pm on BBC One.
