Barcelona have made a change to their shirt for this weekend’s El Clasico clash with Real Madrid.
The sponsor Beko will be replaced with by UNICEF as they brand attempts to tackle childhood obesity via its Eat Like A Pro initiative.
It will earn €1,000,000 for the cause as the Catalan giants face off against their fierce rivals having already secured the league title.
Beko CEO Hakan Bulgurlu said: "Childhood obesity is a worldwide issue and we are delighted that three leading global brands – FC Barcelona and two of their biggest partners – are uniting to help tackle the challenge.
"At Beko, we are striving to tackle this crisis through using innovative technologies that make healthy eating easier whilst raising awareness and donations for UNICEF with FC Barcelona through a social call to action and the sleeve reveal at this year’s El Clásico match.”
Barcelona secured the title after a 3-2 win over Deportivo on Sunday evening.
They are bidding to go the entire La Liga season unbeaten and have four games remaining, including Sunday’s clash.
Barca have also already sealed their fourth successive Copa del Rey this term.
