Ashton Kutcher ‘signs over’ LA home to Demi Moore’s daughter Rumer Willis

Ashton Kutcher has signed over one of his Los Angeles properties to the daughter of his ex-wife, according to US reports.

That 70s Show actor, who was married to Demi Moore at the time, bought a two-bedroom, four-bathroom, 1,800-square-foot property in the Hollywood Hills in 2009 for $971, 500.

The co-ownership agreement on the home was signed by Ashton and Demi Moore’s daughter Rumer Willis, who each had a 50 per cent ownership of the property.

According to The Blast, who obtained the legal filing, 30-year-old Rumer recently filed documents that stated the co-ownership had ended, meaning Rumer is now sole owner of the home.

“All debt owing under the note, deed of trust and any related loan documents has been deemed paid and satisfied in full,” the documents stated, per The Blast.

It’s unclear if Rumer paid Ashton, 40, any money to be granted full ownership of the home, but the property "sold" for $572,500 in August, which is the same month Rumer filed the documents.

Mila Kunis, who married Ashton in 2015, also had to sign a document to sign the rights over to Demi’s daughter – as did Ashton.

Ashton and Demi were married from 2005 to 2013.

Mila recently opened up about the pair’s eight-year relationship, saying: "They had a normal, real relationship.

"They had three kids they were raising. It was a normal life. Yeah, he was younger but he loved those kids."
