Roman Kemp reveals his amazing body transformation with before and after pictures

ROMAN Kemp has revealed his amazing body transformation with before and after pictures after enlisting Caroline Flack's ex to train him.

The host of Capital FM's breakfast show told Instagram fans he'd achieved his rippling abs in just 12 weeks with personal trainer Bradley Simmonds.

Roman, 26, said: "Not one for posting a photo like this but I wanted to say a huge thank you to @bradleysimmonds for convincing me to do his #12weektransformation

"best training I’ve ever had and provided me with the results I wanted. Thank you mate x"

Roman's followers thanked him for inspiring them as one said: "Yes mate. I think I need to see this guy"

He's not the only celeb who's been wowing fans with his efforts to bulk up.

Jake Quickenden revealed his incredible six week body transformation after taking control of his anxiety battle.

The 30-year-old reality star admitted his mental health took a turn for the worst earlier this year and left him feeling "unmotivated".

But Jake decided to take action in June and overhauled his diet and fitness regime.

Sharing an impressive before and after snap, he wrote: "So 6 weeks ago I was like this, felt horrible but worst was mentally.

"I was down in myself, my anxiety was terrible and just felt unmotivated and lazy, so I started eating better and working out hard…"

The former X Factor contestant went on to stress that it isn't just his physical health that's improved but his mental health has also benefited.

He added: "Yes my body has changed and look better…. but the main thing is mentally I feel better. I’m optimistic about what’s next excited to try new things and really happy how things are turning out and my anxiety is so much better I wake up and I look forward to the gym and the rest of the day!!"

The star has been open about his mental health woes and in April admitted pulling out of musical Hair after suffering an anxiety-induced panic attack.

Jake's revelation comes just days after The Sun exclusively revealed the star has landed a sparkling new role in Hollyoaks.

After stints in the jungle on I’m A Celebrity and on stage in musicals, the versatile talent will play a builder  as part of the C4 soap’s biggest episodes of the year.

The hunky star will start filming in August for a series of episodes that will air throughout autumn. He will join former cast members Jamie Lomas and James Sutton who are returning to the soap.
