Corrie star Chris Quinten’s stripper fiancée rushed to hospital after proposal

Chris Quinten's new fiancée was rushed to hospital immediately after he popped the question.

The pair had been enjoying a romantic getaway to Mkyonos, when Chris, 61, proposed to 21-year-old stripper girlfriend Robyn Delaberre.

But immediately after the happy moment, Robyn had to seek urgent medical attention.

The erotic dancer wound up on a drip in a hospital on the Greek island after falling victim to heat stroke.

Robyn spoke about the terrifying incident on her Facebook page.

She said: "Nice relaxing day with our Hot tub and view after a horrible trip to a&e last night and me ended up on a drip that cost £500."

Praising her hubby-to-be Chris, Robyn added: "Never a dull moment lucky he held my hand and cuddled up in the hospital bed with me always looking after me."

When one of her followers asked after her recovery, Robyn replied: "All okay now, had really bad sun stroke."

It has been a dramatic holiday for the stripper after her boyfriend Chris, who famously played Brian Tilsley on Corrie, proposed on her 21st birthday.

An over the moon Robyn had shared a video of the moment boyfriend of seven months Chris got down one knee.

"My 21st birthday a night I will never forget my wow," she shared.

The pair were introduced after Chris became manager of a gentleman's club where Robyn works.

Secrets is a strip joint in London's Hammersmith, where a brief table dance with a nude woman costs a cool £30.

Chris had been a household name in the 1980s thanks to his stint on the ITV soap where he played Gail Platt's husband.

Away from the cobbles he was previously married to talk show host Leeza Gibbons, 62, with who he shares daughter Jordan Alexandra, but the pair split just two years after they wed in 1989.

Robyn, meanwhile, previously dated Love Island's tragic star Mike Thalassitis , who sadly took his own life in March.
